Everyone of all ages should always have a list of role models. These can be people in your personal life, historical figures, or even fictional characters. It is a form of meditation to sit and write out the virtues you admire in them and let their example encourage you in your daily life. You don’t need to be anything like them, they just need to have qualities that inspire you. This list is my exercise of the Meditations Exercise which you can read about here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Muhammad Ali lived his life with courage, confidence, and the moral courage to never back down from a fight. Whether it be in the ring, social issues, protecting family, or his neighborhood. And he did it all with whit and love. Champ. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

The way dogs live in the moment is definitionally Zen. That’s why play and work are the same for them in every moment. They have unconditional love for the pack and view the world as “We (the pack) are in this together to the very end”. They’re also highly sensitive and empathetic both to the pack and threats. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>
